2022 - 2024: Global User Experience Architect

@ LVMH Group / Moët Hennessy - eBusiness Department - Paris | France

  • A key member of shared services professionals at the center of the e-Business team with a holistic approach to content hierarchy, usability, sitemaps, and navigation;
  • Responsible for giving voice to user needs, helping maisons teams to optimize user experience, and portfolio website teams to turn their brand visions into website applications;
  • An active member of the team responsible for global UX strategy and budgeting for user experience efforts, creating the first long-term roadmap for e-Business User Experience for Moët Hennessy and mentoring less experienced team members;
  • One-off consultancy throughout teams for multiple internal digital initiatives in the core of the e-Business Department, resulting in high adoption and retention rates for Content Production and e-Retail applications helping markets and maisons to better manage their resources;
  • Close cooperation with Marketing and CRM teams, bringing the user experience and user-centered design vision and mindset to their projects.
